The Inn League & Ale Association Delivery Quest Guide
I haven't written this guide. I found it at Knights of Moria written by Rainith. Figured I should post it here so that I don't have to search for it next time I need it.
This guide will give you a way to do all 11 Inn League and all 11 Ale Association delivery quests in one hour. I did not originally come up with the steps listed below (in yellow), they were from this post (http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.php?329700-Ale-Association-and-Inn-Le...) by Rhino-Man on the LotRO forums. I did however re-organize and (I think) clarify some steps. Following this guide you should be able to get +4400 rep for each faction, each day.
Before you start the quests, you will have to do a little preparation. First you will need to get the drinks that you will have to deliver for the Inn League quests, they are as follows:
- Shire
- Stock (The Golden Perch)
Brandy Wine- Hobbiton (The Ivy Bush)
Thistleberry Brew- Michel Delving (Bird & Baby Inn)
Blagrove's Brown- Bree-Land
- Combe (The Combe & Wattle Inn)
Beakbreaker Ale- Bree (The Prancing Pony)
Moor-Boar Beer
Stars of Old Cider- Lone-Lands
- The Forsaken Inn
Forsaken Ale
Swill- Trollshaws
- Rivendell (Sogadan in The Hall of Fire)
Dorwinion White- Ered Luin
- Limael's Vineyard (Brethilwen located at 26.7S, 94.9W near Celondim)
Limael's Vintage- Thorin's Hall (Tavern beneath the main hall)
Bombur's beard LagerSecond you will want to set your "map home" to Echad Candelleth.
Last you may want to drop your graphics settings down to "Very Low" to help cut down on load times when entering/exiting buildings and Swift Travel.
Now, on to the run:
*"Get Drink" means click on the NPC (bartender) who will give you the "unwanted" AA drink.
*"Ride" means use your personal mount.
*"Travel" means use the horse from the Stablemaster.
*"Swift" of course means use Swift Travel.
*"Deliver" means three things: Click on NPC and "turn-in" the particular AA quest; Click again on NPC to obtain the IL quest (which will automatically "complete" because you have the "desired" drink in your inventory); Click on NPC a third time to "turn in" the IL quest. Don't mistakenly leave before you have done all this and received +900/-500 for both IL and AA.START at the Party Tree

*DeliverThe first time you attempt this you may run out of time if you are unaware of the target's locations (I know I did) so you may want to do a dry run first. And of course if you're a hunter you can probably do this in about half the time.
If anyone tries this and discovers a better way to do it, please post here and I'll update this post (if I can, right now I can't even get the preview option to work so I don't know what this will look like when I submit it... or if it will even work for that matter).
EDIT
Hmmm, the link was messing up the post, so I changed the way the link was shown and it looks like it is working now... I hope.
